Technology that drives fashion e-commerce
Since 2008, building the most complete ecosystem for DNVB fashion brands in Brazil.
Black Friday is in our DNA.
Every year, Black Friday becomes the most intense moment in our operation. It's when the entire team — including the 60% who work remotely — gathers at the office to wear the themed t-shirt, face the sales peak side by side, and capture the growth with our traditional photo. From 2015 to now, what started as a group of 10 became an army of over 100 professionals. Each photo tells a story of evolution, dedication, and results.
From an 8 sq m room to the largest fashion ecosystem in Brazil.
We started in 2005 as a small technology company in Nova Friburgo. Over nearly 20 years, we specialized in fashion e-commerce and built a complete ecosystem that brings together technology, marketing, consulting, and support under one coordination.
Today, we are over 100 professionals dedicated exclusively to helping fashion brands scale their online sales.
A trajectory of growth.
Friserv was born, a small project. Our goal was simple: build cool websites for businesses. We started in an 8 m² corner with a team of two.
We expanded into real estate, developing a proprietary property management system. An important step toward creative digital solutions.
We said hello to Dzaine and entered the e-commerce world with our first online store. Our answer to the digital market's needs.
Boa da Serra was born. With a team of six in a slightly larger space, we started offering special discounts at partner stores.
We entered the world of flavors with DRINK DELI, a delivery-focused e-commerce platform built from scratch by us.
The platform was named 'Up Summit', with Íntima Demais being the first to use our solution. Our team grew to 14 people.
A year of consolidation. We launched Donna Carioca and DLK, redesigning fitness apparel. We also held our first Black Friday.
In the first six months, we stayed strong in our two rooms in the Mezzanine.
We grew to a five-room house with 100 m², 16 people. We held our second Black Friday.
We reached 20 employees. Our third Black Friday was a success, reflecting our commitment to quality.
We reached 30 employees and had an amazing Black Friday, thanks to teamwork and community support.
We grew to 45 employees and moved to a 540 m² space. We created our first studio. We left the Dzaine name and officially became WX3.
We held the 'Boost Your E-commerce' event with Meta. With the pandemic, we adapted to remote work. Online sales increased.
We continued with remote work, expanded our studio, and kept innovating with effective solutions.
We maintained remote work flexibility. With 70 employees, we stayed committed to excellence. We held our 8th Black Friday.
Nearly 100 employees and 42 active stores. Our 9th Black Friday was a success, showing our commitment to clients.
We surpassed 100 employees and 45 active online stores. Our 10th Black Friday with all clients reaching records. We held the E-commerce Fashion Day with Meta, Google, and Sindvest.
WX3 was present at FEVEST 2025, the largest intimate, fitness, and beachwear fashion fair in Latin America, held in Nova Friburgo. With our own booth, our team welcomed clients, partners, and brands interested in the WX3 ecosystem. The fair reinforced our position as a reference in fashion e-commerce in the region and opened doors for new strategic partnerships.
WX3 launches DressOn, an AI-powered virtual fitting room developed by Eduardo Lima Werner. The tool lets customers virtually try on clothes before purchasing, increasing conversions by up to 40% and reducing returns by 60%. An innovation that reinforces WX3's position at the forefront of fashion e-commerce technology.
We held the third edition of E-commerce Fashion Day, our event that brings together retailers, brands, and specialists from the digital fashion market. The highlight was a talk with three major WX3 clients: Lucas Lobianco (Metamorfose Brasil), Fábio Paixão (Deliriyou), and Mariana Monnerat (Água e Luz), who shared their e-commerce growth journeys powered by the WX3 ecosystem.
